This is a very good question and one that has been bothering me for a while. Having done quite a bit of research into Trustpilot and I think that probably the biggest single problem with the website is that they take money from companies and then allow those companies to control the comments/complaints against them. This leads to a disproportionate amount of complaints or bad reviews being completely removed.

Do Unicom's T&C's constitute a fair contract?
This post poses a very emotive question: Do Unicom's T&C's constitute a fair contract? Well I suppose it all depends on whose perspective you look at them from Unicom's or the Consumers, well let us remember it is Unicom who writes these T&C's and although there are rules and regulations that say the to be usable all contracts must be fair, Unicom will want to put the best possible slant on them so they fall in their favour.
One very important note here is that Unicom in the trading name of Universal Utilities Ltd and is in no way associated with Universal Utilities Inc.

Telecom Contract with Unicom
This

Do you feel alone?
When you come across a what you think to be a Company from Hell and your back is against the wall you will often feel isolated and alone, more so if you have a look around at some of the business review sites and you note that the excellent/good reviews out weigh the bad reviews by a long way. This can often add to your insecurity, well actually this can be turned into a positive, more so if you realise that many of poorer quality suppliers actually pay professional to write reviews and post them with 5 Stars or high ratings.
Can a supplier add services to account without your Authority?
Well the short answer to this is "Yes they can" they just do it weather it is morally or legally correct is another matter!
I'm afraid I am back to my old friend Universal Utilities (t/a Unicom) for this one but I'm sure there are others at it. In this instance Unicom have come up with a new product called "Fraud Defender" which thy have applied to everyone's telecom account, and although it is free for a trial period it will become chargeable after the trial expires.
